Doctor Agliano is a facial plastic surgeon who also specializes in ear, nose and throat, with a special interest in nasal and sinus surgery, allergy, smoking cessation, and facial blemish removals. A distinguished alumnus of the University of Miami's School of Medicine, Dr. Agliano did his post-graduate training at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is board-certified and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Boothby graduated from the University of Puerto Rico's School of Medicine, and trained at the University of Minnesota's Ear, Nose, and Throat program. He completed a fellowship in head and neck surgery at Stanford University. He is board-certified, and his interests lie in pediatric ENT, thyroid surgery, allergy, and sinus surgery. Dr. Boothby is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Rivera graduated from the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine and trained at the University of South Florida Department of Ears, Nose and Throat program. He is board certified and his interests lie in pediatric ENT, thyroid surgery, allergy, sinus surgery and facial cosmetic surgeries. Dr. Rivera is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Powell grew up in Florida, starting in Valrico and then moving to Jacksonville. He started his education at the University of Florida where his obsession with the Gators began. After graduation, he moved back to the Tampa Bay area for medical school at the University of South Florida College of Medicine where he also obtained his Masters of Business Administration. He stayed at USF for his residency in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Following his training, he joined Tampa Bay ENT. In addition, he also joined the USF faculty as a clinical faculty member at the James A Haley VA Hospital where he continues to help train residents. His interests lie in Pediatric E.N.T., allergies, in addition to nasal and sinus disorders. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-HNS, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, American Academy of Facial Plastics Surgery, FMA, FSO, and HCMA.

Dr. Rogers graduated from the Medical College of Georgia and trained at the University of South Florida Department of Ear, Nose, and Throat. He is board certified and his interests lie in thyroid surgery, allergy, pediatric ENT, rhinology, and sinus surgery.

Dr. Decelles holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Florida in diagnostic audiology for both children and adults. She is board certified by the American board of Audiology and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Decelles special interests include audiological evaluation, vestibular testing/managment, as well as the fitting and repair of hearing aids.

Dr. Sears completed her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of South Alabama. She is board certified and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Her interests lie in diagnostic audiological evaluations of all ages, vestibular assessments, and the selection, fitting, and repair of hearing aids and assistive listening devices.

Mrs. Gomez-Luaces received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. She is board certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and treats adult and pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
